Farmers pay farmers to advertise farm jobs

By Kate O’ConnorThe farming industry is in a state of disarray.

The number of farmers who are paying people to do the farming and farming related jobs has grown exponentially.

This is because farmers are becoming more confident that they can sell their produce online and at their farmers markets and that this has created a huge market for them.

So far, the amount of people who are making a living from these jobs is estimated at around 30,000.

But that figure is rising and could grow to 200,000 people in 10 years.

The number of people making a good living from farming in New Zealand has doubled in the last decade, with more people earning a living as farmers than ever before.

In 2010, the number of farms in New England was 6,000 and in Canterbury the number was 5,000.

“The farming workforce has been decimated, so the number has doubled and there is a lot of pressure on people who have done this before to start a new job and do something different, and make more money, and get paid more, because they are getting more pressure.”

For many of the farmers, it’s been an opportunity to take on new challenges.

The last five years have seen a huge expansion in the number and size of the farms in the area, with the area growing by a staggering 8,000 hectares.

There are now a lot more people out there that are working in the same roles, so there is more competition for that work.

“There’s a lot going on in the landscape, and we are just trying to do it at the speed that we can,” says farmer Nicki Smith.

She is one of the few farmers that has not closed her barns and is still open to the idea of looking for work.

This week she opened up her barn to a visitor to offer a peek at the past.

“I’ve been working in my barn for 20 years, so I’ve seen the transformation,” she says.

“In the last 20 years it’s gotten a bit more busy and I’ve had a couple of customers come in.”

She had no choice.

Her husband died when she was still working at the farm, and she was left to care for two grown children on her own.

“The job’s gone, I’ve got two more kids on my own,” she admits.

She’s been getting up early in the morning and she has been working her own farm for the past two years, with a small team of people working on a range of tasks.

It’s a hard job, she says, but she’s doing it with a sense of pride and a lot to prove.

“It’s definitely something that I’ve worked really hard at and something that has helped me get through the hardest times,” she said.

She says she’s got plenty of experience in the farming industry, but it’s not something she’s been looking for when she started looking for a new career.

“My job’s not going to get any easier because we’re going to be getting a lot bigger, we’re doing more things, but I’ve been really happy with the way it’s turned out so far.”

Nicki is one farmer who has been able to continue her own business while looking for another career.

She’s worked in other fields, and is looking to expand her skills and work her own land.

But it’s a tough job, and the changes in the industry have been devastating.

“As we get into the next 20 years you’ve got to look at all the people who’ve been there and they’ve got a lot left to do, and they’re going through the same thing, they’ve just got to work hard,” she explains.

“You can’t be lazy.

You have to work really hard and make sure that the jobs are there.”

Nickis husband passed away when she and her husband were still working on their farm, but there are still opportunities for her to be involved in the farm.

She also has a daughter who’s going to finish high school in the coming years.

“She’s the one who’s really looking forward to that,” she laughs.

She and her partner, Dave, have been looking forward too.

“We’re always trying to make sure we’re making the most of our time, and getting paid the best possible rate for our work,” she explained.

But they also have to look out for the needs of the next generation.

They want to make a difference in the future, and are also thinking about how to take advantage of technology to make their jobs more sustainable.

“So we’re looking at the possibilities of using technology to increase productivity,” she added.

The most common questions asked about farming jobs in New York and New Zealand are about jobs for people who work in the fields and for people working in processing.

The first question asked by a farmer was about a new technology that was coming to the farm in 2018, and that was what
